Character Design: Japanese Warlock

This is the final thing I had to do as part of my 2D Art course for university: a character design project. We were tasked with making a Wizard or Warlock influenced by an ancient culture, and I chose Sengoku era Japan. This Warlock has aesthetic influences based on Japanese Yokai. He wears the red mask of a Tengu, and has a black feathered cape to represent their wings. He of course wields a Katana, and a 'kasa-obake', an umbrella Yokai, with which he casts his spells. He also has a Tanuki familiar, a raccoon-like Yokai that has a taste for sake. it carries around a sake gourd for its master.
